All hire items are priced for a 3 day period, pick up/delivery available day before event and items must be returned/collected the day following event unless arranged otherwise. Additional fees may apply for extended hires.

 Once the items have left Longreach Event Hire site premises it is then the customers responsibility.

 All linen must be pre-booked 2 weeks in advance and late cancellation fees will apply

All items are to be returned washed and dried except for linen otherwise additional fee’s may apply.

Cancellation fees may apply if cancelling within 7 day’s of event. Cancellations within 24 hours of events may incur up to 100% of price.
